You are receiving this email because you are listed as the facilitator/coordinator of a bible study, book discussion, meeting or other event scheduled during the week of March 30th. Because of the COVID-19 virus we have closed all conference rooms for the next few weeks. We are cancelling all events at this time through April 4, 2020. Because of the fluid nature of this pandemic it is likely that meetings/use of Church facilities will be cancelled the week of April 6th as well. Please reach out to your participants and let them know that your gathering has been cancelled. If you have any questions this direction please feel free to contact Vicki or me.
