March 8th Shrine Pilgrimage Schedule ( all items optional, except 6:30 a.m. departure😃) Please note the USCCB has designated the Shrine as a national pilgrimage site for the 2025 Jubilee Year. If you haven’t already, please email Mike at ckoz654@aol.com with your mobile phone number to sign-up.
6:30 a.m. Carpool Departure ( front parking lot St. Bridget)
8:30 a.m. Breakfast in Shrine cafeteria
9:00 a.m. Guided Tour
10:00 a.m. Confessions available, private prayer, gift shop, bookstore
11:00 a.m. Private Mass w/ Fr. Tochi presiding ( may have concelebrant from St. Edward’s group)
11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. More free time, see above for options. I think the Rosary is said in the Crypt Church ( on the lower level of the Shrine) before the 12:10 Mass
Immediately following the Crypt Church Mass, the Stations of the Cross are prayed in the Crypt Church ( approximately 12:50 p.m.)
1:30 p.m. ( approximately) Depart Shrine for Luncheon
2:00-3:00 p.m. Lunch at Dubliner ( clergy and drivers free lunch, please bring cash to reimburse per capita share of total meal and beverages, which is paid with one credit card because separate checks not allowed for a group our size; $30-40 depending on number of comped meals and Guinness)
3:00 p.m. or earlier Depart for St. Bridget. We try to arrive back by 5:30 Mass, but no guarantees, depends on traffic.
