Our June meeting will be Saturday June 7, 2025 at 6:45 am, in the meeting room off the commons.
Our meeting will start at 6:45 AM and finish by 7:55 AM so guys can attend 8:00 am Mass
We will discuss Chapters 1-5 of Doctors of the Church by Pope Benedict covering the following:
St. Anthanasius of Alexandria, St. Ephrem, St. Hilary of Poitiers, St. Cyril of Jerusalem, and St. Basil
Pope Benedict‘s book is difficult to acquire, there is also a book called “The 35 Doctors of the Church” by Fr. Christopher Rengers and Dr. Matthew Bunson. The chapters are quite a bit longer than Pope Benedict’s book.
We will also discuss what resource we should use for our future meetings after Doctors of the Church.
